In Kabuto when I create a new customer and apply a policy it does not fix until I add a customer device. What I was looking for it to do was have the policy set to Managed + AV so that when I add a device it automatically installs the AV software.
What I have to do currently is setup the user, match the user with Repairshopr, download the custom installer from repairshopr, type in customer details again in installer, find device in Kabuto and add to customer folder, set policy to the folder and then restart (Or multiple restarts) the device to ensure AV installs before I leave customer site.
The ultimate would be to email the custom installer link from Repairshopr to the customer which has all their details already preset and we simply add a policy and everything installs automatically.
