Hi. I'm having multiple clients coming back with their computers because Emsisoft is constantly reporting "Your antivirus is out of date. Last updated 2+ weeks ago."
This brings me to two questions. I can usually get this resolved in store through some combination of uninstalling and reinstalling and updating, but talking clients through that over the phone isn't usually fixing the issue, nor does it work for me on the first try, typically.
Do we have any idea what might be causing this, and is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Is there a good resolution?
Is there a way for the dashboard to alert us about the update status? These units show all green on the dashboard. Can we get "last definitions update" surfaced at all?
