We're looking at migrating from d7ii to Techsuite and one major feature that Techsuite is lacking is an equivalent to dUninstaller.
What that module allows you to do, is create blacklists (and whitelists) and it will automatically uninstall anything on the blacklist when run. It just launches the built-in uninstallers (in silent mode if supported) one after another. When it's finished, it opens a list of installed software and allows you to add it to a whitelist or blacklist (anything on the whitelist doesn't show up in the list of installed software) and gives the option to uninstall without adding to a list.
This is especially convenient because if you've researched a program once, you can save it to a list, and not have to worry about it ever again. Then you don't have to remember everything that's good/bad and new tech's can just use the lists senior techs have created.
