I appreciate what you guys have been trying to do, but I have really struggled since April, with multiple clients calling me, upset that they submitted their requests, and I would not get an e-mail notification.
I have also struggled a bit with slow response & slow boots after Kabuto was installed, due to the updating and scanning.
This morning, I have contacted all of my customers that I have had on Kabuto, and pulled them off, until the product matures. At this time, I have zero customers on the platform, and will only place a few test machines on until I can verify what is going on.
I had very high hopes with Kabuto, but for some reason, I am really struggling with it. I just have not been able to establish a trust relationship with it to deploy it out wide to my elderly residential client base.
What can I do to solidify it in my mind, and redevelop the trust I need to feel confident in fielding it?
Again, I really believe in the cause, but feel I must sideline for a bit, and wait, as this has become a resource drain, and my customers have lost confidence in me because they cannot contact me properly via the tool.
Ian, I still believe in what this can do... I really wanted this for my business, as I am very heavily into residential and elderly support. I just need stability and trust. How can I overcome this? It works well, but only if I have the dashboard up and refresh frequently... I am not getting about 80% of my customer requests. It's just odd... (Mainly from Yahoo, MSN, and outlook.com e-mail addresses.)
Help? I would really like to figure this out. I still have about 6 months left on my $120 package, and would still like to make a few $$ with a deployment.
Thanks guys!
