So I've received this error several times.. seems to me like its a delay depending on bandwidth. Usually I can reload my browser after a minute or so and connect. the lag and lack of dependable control of remote computers has led me to just using Kabuto Live to get GoToAssist open when my customers can't figure out how to launch GoToAssist.
Disappointed to see this out of BETA and implemented with so many bugs. Really makes me look bad when a software and service I'm selling and bragging about to my customers to have it not function properly the majority of times I try to use it.
I can connect with GoToAssist to these same machines and have full functionality that Kabuto Live is lacking 90% of the time I use it.
I'd rather see things implemented like an all-in-one installer where I don't have to install kabuto and then wait on it to sync and download Emsisoft. then update.. etc. Or the dreaded .NET Framework download and pre-installation before even getting Kabuto installed.
This is a good product. It's a service that I can sell. I've had no problem selling it. But it needs improvements. If I go into a small business of mine with say 6 or 10 workstations, I'm likely to be there a long time getting Kabuto to install or Emsisoft to download and install.
Good bandwidth is hard to come across in rural south Georgia. I'm often on 3mb or 6mb download speeds when working on site for customers.
