I just got a call from a less than pleased customer. He put three requests into me via Kubuto son 5/22, and I did not get any notifications.
In testing, I can only see them if the dashboard is left open in a browser.
Testing shows I am not getting them. E-mail in settings is correct.
This is a potential problem. How do I go about checking this out?
I am going to have to give a freebie because I did not meet expectations.
Can some one double check me please? Help???
