I am feeling the same way. I can't believe the fundamental issues/bugs of a product that is a couple/few years old that weren't ironed out in alpha/beta a long time ago. I understand Recur is newer, but it's still 4 months old, but issues I am having make it unusable at all. I know Repairshopr and RepairTech joined forces at the beginning of the year, so they've been working together for a while now.
It's lack of maturity in a production ready product's functionality, look and feel is astounding.
The integration between recur and kabuto doesn't work for me. (3 developer bugs "fixed" and it's still not working properly)
- Kabuto won't assign correct package when customer chooses in recur. (worst bug yet)
- Phantom devices still show up even when deleted.
- Customer created on Repairshopr side, but no customer on Kabuto side, when created via Recur.
Bought this almost a month ago, another monthly charge right around the corner, and I can't go to release to public till these basic issues are fixed.
I loved the idea of this, but my love is waning very quickly.
