I agree with this! I need to prove to my clients that their money really is going toward something worth the while!

The ability to copy and paste the dashboard info would be a nice work-around.

I haven't seen anything from any of the support staff on here in weeks to show that any of this is even remotely being looked at for options.

Yes! This needs to be a thing. Please add this with some controls for us to change frequency and a verbose switch for full logs or summary only.
Yeah this has to be a thing. Should be mandatory for all RMMs because it's gonna be a hard sell to ask for monthly payments for something if we can't show that we are ACTUALLY DOING WHAT CUSTOMERS ARE PAYING FOR. Hope this gets implemented quickly.

I've got clients dropping like flies and not renewing because they can't justify having it.They want/need to know what they're paying for.
I have clients requesting reports as well. Are there any short term plans for this yet? I'm not seeing any response here in the forum.
i've moved everyone onto Managed AV because of this. at least that is tangible.

Emsisoft. I still use Kabuto. Just not the monitoring/patch management.I buy my own licenses from my distributor for EAM

I hope so, I have lost many clients because I couldn't send them reports specifically for their computer.
+1 upvote! This is extremely important to our shop as well. It's hard to justify a cost to a customer when you can't quantify it's benefit with evidence.
6 months on and still no update on reports. This is a big opportunity being missed!!
Agreed. I don't think its difficult to come up with something for reports. Maybe, they can copy the code from SyncroMSP and modify it for Kabuto? Shouldn't take 6 months to come up with a solution, in my opinion.

We should all open support tickets requesting them to add reports into Kabuto.
