Hope I'm posting in the right area, I'm also not sure how to go about getting this fixed... Kaspersky Endpoint/Small Office Security products just popped up this morning over here having detected Kabuto.exe as malware, specifically, they've flagged it: Trojan.MSIL.DOTHETUK.cfe
I've reported the false positive to Kaspersky Labs as soon as I saw it, but I see a huge problem if a major AV solution is detecting software we are trying to sell to a client as malware, especially since we also sell the AV solution that is giving the false positive.
I'm hoping some smarter minds than myself might be able to look into this, there has to be a way to get this into Kaspersky Lab's databases as a trusted application, right? Other than manually adding it to trusted applications locally in the AV configuration, of course.
