Good Afternoon,
I'm moving one of my customer to a replacement system. What is the proper procedure for installing Kabuto and it's related paid services on that system so that I'm not double billed?
Should I just install using the same name/contact info? Or should I remove the client from my dashboard and install and activate new services? FYI- the old system is no longer usable to "uninstall" on that machine. (HDD died)
