Norton Security is deleting techsuite.exe as soon as we plug in a TS flash drive. Confirmed in the Norton logs that it's deleting.
I'll submit a FP to to norton now, but if there's any information you have locally that would give them more info, that would probably be useful to submit (if you haven't already). Thanks for the heads up!

Thanks guys, do you mind submitted a FP as well? They ask for some detailed information about the detection that I wasn't able to give.
FP submitted and I had a response today saying they've whitelisted it. I'd paste the text in but their disclaimer in the email makes me think I shouldn't.
