I think I asked about this before...but - is it possible to have the ability to push messages to clients computers.
12 months is a long time and sometimes it can be many months between seeing clients and not.
In the times between visits, clients change ISP/email/phone/mobile numbers so it's impossible to contact them.
When the due date for Kabuto/EAM rolls around I have to rely on them to call.
If we could push messages to them saying that their subs are about to expire or even an automated message from Kabuto - say a week or so out from the renewal date to remind them?
