Other than a new hard drive or fresh install of Windows, why would you need to reinstall Kabuto?

I'm not sure I understand why this means you're giving away free AV to the client? You should not use the license expiration date in EAM to track how often to invoice your client. We never let the license expire, so you'll never see it get to 0 days. We auto-renew it when it gets within 60 days. You should be tracking when you bill your clients in a CRM or PSA solution, like RepairShopr or ConnectWise.
