One of the things we were really excited about with TechSuite was the reports, and getting printable customer facing sheets of diagnostics, specifically to use as upselling tools and proof of work.
But right now the customer facing report just says "Checked this, checked that, checked that, checked that" with no actual output of any of it. Granted a lot of it is technical, but there are a couple things I'd like to pull out into the Summaries that I don't think would take a lot of work.
Namely:
The "Battery Wear Level" value from the Check Battery Health log
A cumulative Pass/Fail on all applicable SMART rows (Just "PASS" if everything is "Ok", "Fail" if there are any lines that aren't)
Honestly, just the App Crashes panel from the insights section
Pass/Fail on any dumps found with the Check for Blue Screens tool
That's just looking at one of our diagnostic reports and thinking what I'd like the customers to see.
Also, would be nice to be able to set a flag when adding custom tools to NOT make a report when running.
I would like to use techsuite as a sort of general toolbox for my techs, and while I do want reports on most of the things we are doing, I'd like to put some things on there like "Mount tech fileserver" that they can do with the push of a button and I do NOT need a report for that!
