Hi Guys, I have a problem with a client install.Kabuto and EAM have been installed since 2 June 2016.On the Kabuto Dashboard the "shield" for this client is blue and has always been blue.The "Windows flag" is blue and has always been blue.On the monitoring page for this customer, it states "Update Service: Turning On." It has always displayed this.On the Antivirus page it states "installing." It has always displayed this as well.The weird part is that Windows Updates are on and is downloading/installing updates correctly. I have checked her computer. EAM is installed correctly, updates as normal, is current version and is working as it should andshowing regular completed scans. I have asked the customer to make certain that she doesn't stop/cancel the scans until fully complete. Scans are set for weekly.She leaves her computer on all day at least twice per week so that it will "sync" with the Kabuto Dashboard.I don't really want to disable/re-enable monitoring or EAM as this will reset them both to a 12 month subscription.Thanks.

This is super weird behavior, can you email me the details of the customer (name, device ID) and we'll take a look!
