Good idea! I've pasted it below. You'll noticed Step 1 and Step 2 being repeated a few times. Those are to account for any action that a user might choose. The actual workflow has 2 steps now instead of 1. We found that breaking up the information into more manageable pieces seems to encourage users to type more information. Hope you all like it!
