I get that. What I'm referring to is when I attempt to either add a new customer with the same name (say, 2 people named Bill Smith), or re-add a previous customer. Either way, the system remembers the clients' name & information and forces me to accept all the previous information entered. That means the system is retaining that information, even if intended only to save me from having to retype it. Whatever the intent, I should be able to add two customer's with the same name, or re-add a customer with new information. Currently, I'm not able to do that. I have to change the spelling of the new entry's name to get past that and I shouldn't have to do that.
