CSAtech,
Your going to need to remote into your clients computer to see if Emsisoft is installed or not. If it is then you will need to uninstall it in the Windows control panel and reinstall it using the Kabuto.Service.Runner.exe. It's location is C:\Program Files\RepairTech\Kabuto. Make sure you go into the services and turn the Kabuto service off first before running the executable. You will need to start the service again if this works with reinstalling Emsisoft.
If Emsisoft is uninstalled and Kabuto is not able to reinstall it; you will need to go into the Program Files, Program Files (x86), and ProgramData to delete any Emsisoft folders you find. You will also need to look into the Common Files in the previous locations and delete any Emsisoft folders as well. If you are having a hard time deleting the folders rename them instead. Restarting the computer is recommended before trying to reinstall Emsisoft.
After you do this run the Kabuto.Service.Runner.exe and this should reinstall Emsisoft correctly. Make sure to turn the Kabuto service off before you run the .exe files or it will error out. Once Emsisoft has been reinstalled make sure to turn the service back on.
Hope this helps,
