Is anyone else having issues with Kabuto devices not displaying the Repairshopr Billing green check mark?
So the weird thing is that RepairShopr sees the device and is billing for it in Recur, but Kabuto is not reporting that said device is connected and being seen by Repairshopr Billing. I have already verified that Repairshopr sees it and that Recur is properly billing for said device, but to Kabuto it is not attached to Repairshopr.
Yes I have already verified that the customer account names are correct and that the devices are mapped and showing up in Repairshopr as well as being billed accordingly.
Is anyone else having this issue? Is it an already known bug that is being worked on?
