You're not wrong. It is because no one feels like they are being heard and can feel that Kabuto is no longer being fully supported and updated. This is partially because we haven't received any new information, updates, or feature updates since May of last year.
We are actually in the process of switching over to a new RMM for our residential customers because Kabuto does not support reports. Our customers don't feel like it is worth the money because of this and it is causing us to lose customers. All they know is that there computer is not having any issues and therefore think they do not need us to protect them anymore.
