I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but here goes.....
What do you all think about adding the ability to group Reports by Ticket Number, or Name, Performed By (Tech Name)?
My Idea to a solution:
In App:
- Instead of sending reports right away, giving the user an option the
ability to choose whether or not more procedures will be run on the
same system/ticket and storing it and sending it all up as a packet
(Named by Ticket/Customer/Other with all procedures run during that
session.
On Web/Dash:
- Displaying Reports Under the packet name in a Hide/Show Dropdown List (Basically a file/folder system)
or/and
- Giving us the ability to create "Folders" and moving Reports around in the Dash to our needs
I am new to TechSuit, but the way I see the Report Dashboard getting outta hand real quick if multiple techs are running multiple procedures and think this would give a "cleaner" look to it.
