I am trialing the Kabuto software and my clients are generally well into retirement and need things simple. Just about everything is good, one modifications that would help a lot is:
After clicking the icon to call up the Service Request having the text field automatically selected so the client can just start typing.
Right now I click the logo then have to click the text field, then can type. This seems like a small thing but for some of my clients they will click the icon, stare at their keyboards for quite a while as they type their call for help then will look up and realize nothing happened. They will then call us to figure out how to use it.
Other than that very minor issue, we are very interested in using the system.
I have other questions but they will likely be resolved by clicking around a little longer to discover all the features.
