Hey Matt - Thanks for the intro. It's an exhilarating and empowering adventure to start your own company.
Most of our customers create a bunch of TechUSB drives and put TechWARU on them as well. When a client brings in a computer, they stick TechUSB into the computer and run through the hardware diagnostics, and then boot into the host OS and run TechWARU. If you create a preset in TechWARU you can have a standard procedure you run on every computer that comes into your shop, and a report to track results.
You can use TechUSB for all your hardware diagnostics, partitioning, cloning, and other stuff outside the OS.
You can use TechWARU for cleanups, tuneups, updates, data migrations, malware removal, and other stuff inside the OS.
Does that answer your question?
