This is an issue with Emsisoft that they are aware of and are working on a fix for. As far as we know, it is not specific to Kabuto. Emsisoft is testing a release of Emsisoft Anti-Malware that will address this very issue, and that should be out very soon (likely by the end of the month).
In the meantime, one or more system reboots will often resolve the problem "by itself." When we get word that this is resolved, we'll post back here.
