Need some help with the new "Customers" entry on Kabuto Dashboard.Where can I find some help files/tutorials please.Somehow I've managed to change every entry to one clients name! What a mess!Totally confused on how to use it. I've got 4 "Residential" 1 "Business" and the rest as "Default?"How do I change each entry to Residential or Business without them all being named for/as the same client?TIA
I agree, Greg. While this feature will definitely have some benefit, it's not clear at all how to move our clients into individual customer folders.

I completely agree that a webinar is needed. I am having issues as well more specifically with having 11 devices attached to a group but only 4 are really active. The rest were prior installs that were deactivated or uninstalled because I was having with issues with Kabuto awhile back with devices installing properly.
My gods, my dashboard is a chocolate mess. This is going to take forever to straighten out.
After screwing with the dashboard for a bit I can see how this change can be beneficial to organizing things.
Getting there might suck a little though.
Yeah the grouping does look good. Just having issues with old devices showing up under the grouping. Also unable to migrate one over that didn't make it to the active device. Even though Company name and all details are the same.
Yeah, I have 70-something devices showing up in "Default Customer" with all the contact info missing. What I'm not seeing is a way to get these clients out of "Default Customer" and into their own heading.
Also I don't know if anyone noticed but this was a nice feature for the dashboard that was added. Really like it.

Ian, I don't see an obvious way to move customers out of the default customer spot?
I have tried to create a new customer group and delete the old one. But now I am getting a "This name is already in use" error. Basically I went from having 11 devices to now 25 with only 4 still active.
Hey - There are 2 ways to migrate devices from one Customer to another.
Ian, When you are in the customer page, that button should be there as well. (Open default customer, click the devices for that customer.) That would make life so much easier!
Hey all - the Installer bug is now fixed. If you refresh your page, the installer should work again.
@wolfecs totally agree, not sure why it's not in there, probably an oversight. We'll add it in the next release.
