So we recently decided to try out Kabuto Live instead of investing in TeamViewer since we already use Kabuto as an RMM solution.
I like the ease of use and the dashboard, but one thing I've noticed after several sessions with customers is that there is always terrible latency while connected via remote desktop. So bad that we usually experience a 15-20 second freeze once or twice in a 30 minute session. It's not isolated to one customer either, it's every time.
Second, the resolution when using Remote Desktop is pretty terrible. I have to squint 75% of the time when viewing things because of how grainy everything is. As a regular user of TeamViewer, we never had any of these problems prior to switching.
Now, I'm definitely not saying that I'm unhappy thus far, because everything else as I mentioned we actually love. I just am curious if anyone else has experienced these issues and/or if the RTS team is working on improving Kabuto Live.
