What a nightmare! May have to drop the entire program.
The sync issue is crazy. I am currently on my main work computer and it even won't sync to kabuto. I have uninstalled it and will try to see if it will resync. I got no warning that there was no sync. Had to see it in the kabuto control panel which I just now got some time to check. My list is long and what a nightmare trying to sort through it all! This means I have customers paying for a service they are not even getting!
And as for the remote in service..... holy cow. If the computer is not syncing with kabuto, forget about being able to remote in to a customer to help them! Without sync you have no remote in capabilities.
I have been using the kabuto service this year but I just now realized the extent of the issues. I have a lot of customers and I don't have time to troubleshoot the service that is supposed to help keep computers updated and working... geez.
I have very little time to deal with these issues as I have many customers. I don't have time to check back on forums and stuff so if anyone cares to help address these issues send my company an email at support@yourtechie.biz before I scrap this entire service.
