Hey @Kortezubi
If you go to your reports page on TechPortal, You can hit the dropdown next to "view Report" and it will give you the ability to edit the report info, including the ticket.
I'm actually not sure if updating the ticket on techportal resyncs it with RepairShopr, it's been a while since I've dealt with the feature so @JustinC can probably chime in on whether or not that resync happens.
